Capturing Video From The Web
and convert video with RealPlayer Downloader,
or websites. If none of these work,
ask Ms. Kim if she is able to capture it for you.
|Capture using Realplayer Downloader|
|Open RealPlayer Downloader.|
|Open Firefox. (Does not work with Safari or Google Chrome.)|
Find the video you wish to capture. YouTube is the example in the picture.
|If the video is capturable, it will show up in the RealPlayer Downloader window and will also show a number on the icon on the dock.|
|When the video is fully downloaded in the RealPlayer Downloader window, click on the Download button next to your video.|
|Click on the Convert button.|
|RealPlayer Converter will open. Click on the Start button at the bottom of the window.|
|Your video should download to your desktop with a .m4v extension.|
As an alternate, you can use TubeTV to convert your files.
|Click on File and choose Convert Files|
|Choose the file you wish to convert and click Open.|
|The TubeTV Progress window will open.|
|When it is finished converting, you will find your file saved in the same place you got the original. It will be the one with the .m4v extension.|
