This figure is a head missing it body and stands 39 centimeters tall. This figure has a very large forehead and a cap-like hair style that illustrated through excess cross hatching. The eyes, nostrils, and open mouth are perforated. The eyebrows of this figure are shown as three craved lines on the forehead. The ears on this figure are not as exaggerated as other Nok figures and they are not placed low on the head.
The appraisal report showed this piece to be in fair condition. Some restorations were make to repair fractures on the face, neck, and hair style.
